With 20 plus of construction experience includes civil, design build and bid projects. My scope of duties include: prepare designs, design assist your designers, prepare budgets for lenders and construction, project scheduling, scope work for subcontractors, review bids, execute subcontracts, prepare pay applications, lien release's.
On construction sites I delegate priorities to all construction teams update schedules, prepare cost accounting weekly, provide daily reports to owners along with photos that are dated and time stamped to ensure accountability for all involved.
Closeout I work with design team and city to ensure closeout is and on going process not at the last minute.
My area of operations range from Texas to Oklahoma. Currently available for new projects.
