We are a local producer of USDA Organic microgreens seeking a driven sales representative to expand our presence with:
- Restaurants and chefs
- Juice and smoothie stores
- Boutique organic and specialty produce retailers.
This role focuses on in-person relationship-based sales and account development.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and open new accounts across foodservice and retail
Conduct in-person visits, tastings, and product demos
Educate buyers on varieties, freshness, and usage
Build long-term customer relationships and repeat orders
Coordinate with internal team on onboarding and fulfillment.
Compensation:
Commission-based (uncapped)
Ongoing commissions from repeat accounts.
Qualifications:
Sales experience preferred (foodservice, produce, grocery, or hospitality)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
Requirements:
Own reliable car and valid driver’s license
Ability to travel locally throughout DFW
Ability to carry sample product.
Preferred Experience:
Restaurant, juice bar, or organic retail sales
Existing relationships with chefs or buyers
