laundry available. The rent is - ALL utilities (including free internet) included.
The house is walking distance to restaurants, walmart, park and trail etc. Around the corner from city of Denton and Prosper.
1st month rent due at MOVE-IN and $250 deposit due to hold room.
Deposit is $250 and only $200 is refundable. The remaining $50 is use for cleaning once you move out. However, if you leave items (your furniture in room) for owners to have to remove then your deposit will NOT be given back.
3, or 6 month lease only.......NO MONTH TO MONTH....After lease ends you will automatically be rolled- over into a month-to-month lease

-No multiple vehicles NOT enough parking for that. 1 car only.

-Keycode for front door easier access
-keylocks for each bedroom door for your security and privacy.
