2. This house has 5 bedrooms but you are renting just one private room with a shared bathroom with common facilities. Only one person is allowed to live in one room. You can't bring any of your furniture. . House rules apply.
3. Large Private Room # 2: $750.00/month, all utilities electricity, water, sewage, trash pickup, lawn maintenance, TV, Wifi, are included.
4. Common Areas: Washer and Dryer, Carport, family living area, kitchen, dining room, front office, nice backyard and front yard. You will be 4th person to use the common area but most of the time house is vacant and very quite.
5. This house is in a nice upscale neighborhood in suburbia close to the intersection of Custer Road and Parker Road, in Plano, TX 75023.
6. Process:
Leasing period: 6 months to 1 year. You will first talk to me over the phone then see the house, if you like it then you will apply with $50.00 application fee, we will do the background check. If you are approved then you will pay the first month rent and one month security deposit, a total of $1,400.00 upfront
