226ft2 - Tiny House Parking Needed or Rent/Buy Our Tiny House! (Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex)

Hello! I'm looking for a place to park my tiny house that would ideally allow full-time living for my mini fam and pets. I have alternative ideas as well, and they're found toward the bottom of the post. There's a TL;DR at the bottom for wanting to cut to the chase.

I own a 24ft L x 8.5ft W x 13.5ft H tiny house on wheels, which is a hybrid build with Tumbleweed Tiny House Company having built/secured the frame, a professional RV/tiny house IRC and RVIA-based mechanical-electrical-plumbing designed system capable of being fully off-grid with the addition of a portable solar setup or use 30AMP/freshwater/greywater/compost toilet (willing to swap to RV flush if needed), plus high-end finishes/products like a Kimberly wood stove, DaVinci Roofscapes Bellaforte hurricane-rated shake shingles, Jeld-Wen aluminum clad double hung and awning windows, Precision Temp propane RV water heater, and recycled/reclaimed wood touches both inside and out. She's got a master loft with custom built curving storage stairs, a separate bedroom on the main level currently set up for a kiddo with a fold-up bed but would also fit a twin bed, and separated wet and dry bathroom areas so someone can be showering in the wine barrel shower, with English telephone-style dual-use hand sprayer/tub filler, all while someone else uses the potty with a little extra privacy. The Pottery Barn Teen convertible sofa has built in storage underneath and can become a single-person-wide bed for extra guests. Currently there is a cedar chest in the front nook used for added storage and seating, but it may be converted to an office space as it was always intended to be. There's also a storage loft above the front door, a clothes closet with Elfa shelving and fancy storage basket cubes, and across from that is the "utility closet" where the breaker panel and DC converter reside (both sides of the bathroom run on DC for shock-free use in wet areas!) with plenty of room to hang brooms and cleaning supplies on the wall hooks. The kitchen features an extra deep copper sink with multi-function faucet, a tall mini fridge (a cube freezer will fit on top and is available), and uses portable induction cooktops that allow the kitchen cabinets themselves to be pulled out and reconfigured for more counter space or to act as a bar for guests.

The main floor is 172sqft, and the sleeping loft adds about another 54ish square feet of usable living space. She was built in 2015 in the north Dallas area, lived in full time in Colorado surviving negative temperatures and 3-4ft snowfalls like a champ, but I've had a heckuva time finding a place to live in her again FT here in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex where she was built and I call home with my kiddo and 3 pets. I've got some cosmetic work to complete on the inside, some of which was brought about by lessons learned while in Colorado, but currently I've got a safe parking place and access to the tools I need to ideally finish those projects before moving back in full time somewhere else since I can't live in her there. Dang city ordinances.

Anyway, while my preference is to once again live in the house I love full-time, I'm also open to a couple other alternatives, including letting a landowner rent the house out and split the profits in trade for having a place to park her and at least use her on occasion myself. Another idea would be for someone who already has parking arranged to rent the house from me for a flat fee per month as your own tiny rental home. Lastly, and I truly say this as last resort, I'm willing to sell the house so someone else can enjoy her as much as we have.

I'm open to suggestion, so please reach out! I attached a mini collage of photos of the house (you can find more searching around online for "tiny house 43" scrunched together - yes, that is MY HOUSE!!), and I'm happy to share more info as asked. Thanks for your time and consideration!!!

I have a 24ft tiny house on wheels, and I'm looking ideally for parking for full-time living and will entertain various rental options or selling. This would be somewhere in/around the greater Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and as soon as possible (fall 2019).
