I am trying to find a room (or mate) and open to most opportunities like house, apartment, split hotel. I can do about $30-$40 a night.

CL is risky but not impossible. I'm not gay, not looking for anything weird. I'm respectful and ez going. I don't smoke, do drugs, or drink. Potty mouth though!

Short term or whatever just depends on situation. Location not a big deal for me.
