I am offering my services.
I'm a professional flooring installer.
With more than 20 years of experience doing hardwood floors in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
And I like to provide you with a good quality and affordable service.
This prices are just for labor only!
Services that I specialize doing are this.
Solid woods,pre-finished or unfinished, engineered wood, laminates, vinyl planks, waterproof laminates.
Stair cases.
1250 Regular stairs(labor only)
1500 curved ones(labor only)
3650 1” oak treads and raisers(materials included)
For laminate floor.1.75per sqft.
Floating vinyl planks 1.75per sqft.
Glue down vinyl planks 1.25per sqft.if it is comercial bulging with more then 1000 sf if it is in a home and les then 1000 it will be 1.75 per sf..
2.25 per sqft. on engineered wood.
(If wood is wider then 7” wide and 4’and longer it will be 2.75per sf for labor installation)
Nail down wood floor 2.50 per sqft.(installation only.)
Preefinish nail wood 2.75 per sqft.
1250 laminate and vinyl plank staircases..
Solid oak wood stairs 3650.
I also fix hollow spots, scratches, loose boards, water damages, do transitions, patches, install 1/4 rounds, baseboards, and carpet.
((On repairs or minimum labor requirements I charge a minimum labor charge of 285 depending on the labor that has to be done,I can gave a price if the customer can provide me a picture of the area where the repair has to be done))
CARPETS
Carpet prices depends on the size of the project,I charge a minimum labor charge of 285 for a small job or for a repair if you have a 12/12 bedroom it will be 185 if its more then that it will be little extra.
I do one year warranty in all my labor that we provide.
