Business Development, SALES, Seeking an experienced, detailed, business builder to grow our commercial construction sales efforts. New Build and RE-Build markets. Seeking a person who is confident and comfortable finding Owners, facility managers, or PM who need to hire a proven Contractor. We are looking for a long term fit, and a person who desires to work within a good company you can trust.
If you have 5-7 years of growing new biz for a commercial RESTORATION company and hold the confidence and motivation to find new industrial or commercial jobs, while successfully navigating multiple sales hurdles including rejection and objections. Ideal candidate will be detailed enough to follow-up on every legit opportunity, while driven to complete the selling process to close nice jobs. If you have been active selling commercial REMEDIATION or BUILD BACK on large loss claims you may be a great fit. Our build back jobs are typically well over a $1 million each, with our larger more complex ones being $14 & $18 million industrial jobs with major loss due to tornado & fire damage respectively.
