We are a growing landscape and outdoor construction company looking for a strong communicator, a reliable worker, and a natural leader who can operate as our Second in Command. 🔹 Position: Landscape Crew Lead / Second in Command
Full time | Outdoor Work | Growth Focused Environment
🔹 What We’re Looking For
A motivated individual who can:
• Manage jobsite tasks and keep projects running smoothly
• Communicate clearly with customers, crew members, and company leadership
• Drive company vehicles, pick up materials, and coordinate daily logistics
• Support the First in Command and step into leadership when needed
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude with clients and coworkers
🔹 Skills & Experience (Preferred but Not Required)
We value experience, but we value motivation and willingness to learn even more. On the job training is available for the right person.
Areas you’ll work in:
• Stonework & masonry
• Landscape design and installation
• Concrete work
• Drainage installation
• Irrigation repair & maintenance
• Outdoor lighting design & installation
If you already have experience in any of these areas, great. If not, we will train you as long as you bring effort, reliability, and a desire to grow.
