Bug Zone is a family-owned pest control, critter exclusion, and home repair company based in the DFW area. Since 2000, we’ve helped homeowners protect their homes from everything from orb weaver spiders to formosan termites and we’re continuing to grow.
We’re looking for a hardworking, dependable individual who is customer-service oriented, honest, and able to think creatively while working independently in the field.

What You’ll Do
• Perform pest control services for residential customers
• Identify pest issues and recommend honest, effective solutions
• Complete critter exclusion work and minor home repairs
• Maintain and operate a clean, well-stocked company truck
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site
• Learn and apply pest control methods, materials, and safety practices
• Attend monthly team meetings
• Work in a variety of environments including attics, roofs, and crawl spaces

Position Details
This is an independent, field-based role where you’ll be assigned your own company truck and company phone. Each morning you’ll review your scheduled jobs for the day, travel to customers’ homes, and complete services independently.
Starting salary begins around $35,000-$40,000; during the training period , with the opportunity to transition to commission as you gain experience. Technicians who develop strong repair and exclusion skills can earn $50,000–$65,000+ annually usually with in 1-2 years
