Looking for a highly experienced residential carpenter in the - Flower Mound - area with solid carpentry experience. Projects include a variety of small to medium sized home repairs covering a wide range of skillsets. This is a full time long term position. Only HIGHLY EXPERIENCED CARPENTERS please. Applicants should have experience in some (not necessarily all) or most of skillsets. 1099 position
*Carpentry (finish work/crown, framing, cabinetry)
*Plumbing essentials
*Electrical essentials
*Drywall experience/ texture
*Painting (int/ext)
*Doors (int/ext)
*Exterior structures/ Repairs

*Live within 10 miles of the Flower Mound area
Note - You will need to have liability insurance within 2-3 weeks of hire
Must have reliable transportation w/GPS. Must provide eligibility to work in US and pass a drug test. This is a full time M-F position with year around steady work and room for growth.
