Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
EPA and TDLR certificate
Clean background
Clean driving history
HVAC experience is a plus but not required for helpers
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in Texas heat, attics, outdoor and lift heavy equipment when needed
Must be respectful with customers and coworkers
Must pass a drug test and background check
Pay:
Hourly pay, starting at $15-$25+ (depending on skill) with commissions and year long guaranteed hours
