Condition: Used. There is some minor damage, including fabric fraying along the armrests and a small hole on the lower back corner (see photos for details).
Hardware: It currently needs a new set of feet/legs.

This is a solid, comfortable couch with neutral beige/grey textured fabric that fits well in most spaces. The fold-out bed mechanism works smoothly and is great for overnight guests. It just needs a little TLC and a cheap set of replacement feet from the hardware store.
First come, first served. You will need a truck and an extra set of hands to help load it, as sleeper sofas are heavy. Message me to arrange a pickup time!
