,commercial type slide out trays, temp gauges and ash rake...internal temp holds @ 275/325 degrees with damper wide open , cooks evenly .. 3 Commercial racks. Smoker is designed so the top rack can be removed to hang meat for smoking, sausage or to make room for 1/2 hog. I just don't have time lately to do much with it..come take a look
