This Catnapper lift chair raises a person as high as necessary to stand up without falling. Reclines with remote control and the motor runs so quietly you cannot hear it. The coating on the leather (which is paper-thin) is wore off a little bit, but the leather is ineffective. No tears, stains, or worn through places. Large enough for the biggest person.
