I am selling my watch collection. We can meet at an Arlington jeweler of your choice so you can verify the watch's authenticity. Check Ebay to compare prices. I am offering on craigslist first. The first picture shows all. I will remove the description when a watch sells. Please don't waste your or my time with low-ball offers.

18k Gold Rolex ($6900) Datejust. The gold Jubilee band (replaecment cost $4500) is Italian after-market because a genuine Rolex band is double price. The main thing is it's gold and only a jeweler can tell the difference. The clasp is genuine Rolex. Check out the prices on Ebay for $10,000. This one is $6900. I bought this around 1997. It was serviced in 2014 and still runs absolutely perfectly. After I made the deal, the jeweler told me that it had belonged to Glenn Ford. He had no reason to lie to me and he was prohibited from advertising it. Mr. Ford was put into an old folks home and his possessions sold. There is no proof. I believed the story and it makes the watch more interesting.

Movado Gold ($1900) I wish I had more information on this one. That file was lost. The name MOVADO says it all. This is the second favorite of the collection.

Baume & Mercier Electric ($500) Excellent condition / 18K yellow gold and stainless steel
Measures: 34mm lug-to-lug; 28mm side-to-side without crown; 6mm thickness Original crown / Square octagonal shape

Bulova ($500) The 10 Karat Rolled Gold Plated case, in excellent condition

Lord Elgin ($300) The watch is a man's Lord Elgin that dates back to the late 1940s. The case is 14K yellow gold filled and is 22.9mm wide, including the crown. The watch has a manual winding 21 jewel Elgin movement - grade 626 - that is running and keeping time, but we have not had it serviced. The dial is all original and has applied gold hour markers with a sunken small seconds display at 6:00. The watch has a domed crystal that has definitely seen better days and should be replaced (that is why the "Lord Elgin" signature looks to be missing a couple of letters).
