Boarding/Daytime Pet Care (Balch Springs)

I have availability for the holiday weekend--boarding or daytime.
Boarding is limited to three animals at a time. I currently have two spaces available for the upcoming Memorial Day weekend.
All pet visits are paid in advance or at drop off (rates below). I accept credit cards, paypal, cash, debit, zelle, and cash app.
Please respond with number of dogs, breeds, size, age, whether boarding or daytime only, and number of days only or boarding nights needed. Also please let me know if you want a meet and greet before drop off.

ABOUT ME:
I live in a small house with a yard and green space. I am old enough that I don't want to take on the responsibility of pets, but still want to have the pet experience. Boarding and daytime is the answer. I have a full-time WFH job, so I am home all day with very rare exceptions. There is another adult in the house when I am not.
I have experience with cats, kittens and litters, dogs, puppies and puppy litters, birds (budgies, canaries, and macaws), fish, hamsters, gerbils, snakes, lizards, horses up to 16 hands, and ponies. I currently limit myself to dogs, the occasional boarded cat (who is generally separated from any dogs), and occasional horse visits. I can administer oral meds.

ENVIRONMENT:
All boarding is in-house, and animals are free in the house except at night or if I leave for errands, when they are crated. I don't generally do home visits or errands, so pets are usually free to roam. I have a small fenced yard, and a very large green space behind the yard for exercise. Pets are always leashed in the green space. Pets are always supervised when outside. All pets are fed separately from others, unless they are from the same home as instructed.

DOGS: Accepting large (40-80 lbs.), medium (15-40 lbs.), and small dogs (under 15 lbs).
I do not have a yard space or living space large enough for the largest large dogs or giants.
Most of my experience is with working dog breeds 15-80 lbs.

The following rules are for your dog's (and your) protection:

Absolutely no pets with fleas! Unclean animals not accepted.
Obviously sick animals will not be accepted without a note from a vet that they are not contagious.

It is preferred that your pet is chipped. Dogs must have a recent vet visit, current rabies vaccine, and the 7-in-one vaccine. Proof required. Bordetella (kennel cough) and Lyme disease vaccines are preferred. A current pet license for your home address is required. A number for a local vet acceptable to you and an emergency contact number are required, along with a schedule for your pet (food times, preferred walk times, meds, etc).

Pets must be crate trained, leash trained, and be reasonably socialized with people and other dogs. Water is freely available at all times. You provide pet food, crate, brushes, leash, collar or harness (preferred), and preferred toys, which other pets will not be permitted to use or play with.

Dogs are let out to the yard as needed, and walked once or twice a day, depending on the weather and the dog's energy level. Dogs are always supervised.

I cannot currently accept puppies under 1 year old. I cannot currently accept incontinent pets, or pets that are not *fully* house-trained.
No chihuahuas. No unneutered males. No females in heat.
I do not have experience with breeds with breathing or heart issues.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Fees (Dogs): Holiday rate is Thursday night through pick up time.
Boarding: $42 holiday rate; in between 5pm and 8pm; out on last day before 10am. Early drop off or late pick up at daytime rate.
Daytime: $32 holiday rate; in after 8am; out by 6pm. Late pickup at boarding rate.
Drop in: Plus $5 per day, if there is room available.
There is no cancellation for holiday reservations, payment due at reservation. Drop in only if there is room on holiday weekends.
________________
CATS: Boarding in my home only. No home visits. 2 day minimum. Cats can separate themselves at will from any dogs in the home, or can be kept separate as instructed or if it becomes apparent there is a problem. I am a "cat whisperer," even cats who won't socialize seek me out. Your cat will probably love me.

The following rules are for your cat's (and your) protection.

Absolutely no pets with fleas! Unclean animals not accepted.
Obviously sick animals will not be accepted without a note from a vet that they are not contagious.

It is preferred that your cat is chipped, especially if she is an escape artist. Cats must have a recent vet visit, current rabies vaccine, the FVRCCP vaccine, and the FeLV vaccine. Proof required. If your cat goes outside for walks/sunshine, she must have a current pet license for your home address and be leash trained. A local vet number acceptable to you and an emergency contact number are required, along with a schedule for your pet (food times, meds, etc). Water is freely available at all times. You provide cat food, crate, leash, collar or harness, brushes if used, and preferred toys, which other pets will not be permitted to use or play with. Cats are not normally crated unless no adult is home or you leave instructions to the contrary.

I accept litter trained kittens older than 12 weeks. I cannot currently accept incontinent pets. No unneutered males. No females in heat.
Cats are not permitted on counters.
