We’re hiring an experienced **Structural Stick Welder (SMAW)** for a busy **fabrication shop** in **South Arlington**. This is a **direct hire, full-time position** with consistent work.
**Position Details:**
* Process: Stick Welding (SMAW)
* Material: **Carbon Steel**
* Work Type: Structural fabrication, including **square tubing**
* Location: South Arlington, TX (shop work – not field)
**Requirements:**
* Solid experience with **structural welding on carbon steel**
* Must be proficient with **square tubing fabrication**
* Ability to read blueprints and maintain quality welds
* **3G weld test required**
* Dependable and safety-minded
**Pay:**
* $25–$35/hour (DOE)
