**Responsibilities:**
* Complete maintenance work orders
* Perform apartment turns (make-readies)
* General repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and property upkeep
**Qualifications:**
* Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred
* Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
* Reliable transportation and positive attitude
